What could go wrong
The fears, named:
- “I’ll trade simplicity for a control panel.” Progressive power is a design principle here, not a promise: simple workflows stay simple; depth reveals only when you reach for it. If the review suggests you’d hate the trade, we’ll say so.
- “I lose student records.” Accounts move; history is mapped in writing for your data before you commit. WordPress storage is on your side.
- “My WooCommerce setup breaks.” Your store doesn’t move — products, checkout, and order history stay exactly where they are. What changes is the course side of the wiring: Sensei ties access to Woo purchases through its paid-courses add-on, and your Map documents each product-to-access link and how it’s reconstructed, per product, before anything switches.
- “The move disrupts a calm, working site.” Parallel build; your site’s calm is preserved to the end, and the cutover is yours to call.
The founding window
This service exists because Flueed is young.
Migrations are done by the founder, a few at a time, with the care that implies — which is exactly why it can’t scale and won’t last in this form. When Flueed opens wide, founder-led migration retires. Not a countdown; arithmetic — worth knowing while it’s true.
