One connected system
It's not the features. It's that they're connected.
You could assemble most of what's on this page from separate tools — one to author, one to deliver, an analytics add-on, a spreadsheet holding it all together. People do. It's miserable.
Flueed is built as one loop, not a chain of products. Everything below shares the same content, the same learner record, the same rules:
Create small, focused learning units. Organize them into complete experiences. Deliver them wherever your audience is. Track what learners actually do. Improve — because you can see the problem from the same place you fix it.
When creation and measurement live in the same system, improvement stops being a quarterly project and becomes a habit.
Every feature below exists somewhere else, in some form, in some tool. Connected, they become something no tool chain can be. That's the argument of this whole page — read the rest as one system.
Reusable by design
Build once, use everywhere.
Somewhere in your current setup, the same piece of learning exists four times. Four copies, four places to fix, and nobody's sure which one is current. Reuse by copy-paste isn't reuse — it's slow-motion decay.
In Flueed, a Step — the smallest useful unit of learning — is built once and used in every experience that needs it. Not copied: placed. Each Path knows its own context, and the Step stays one thing.
Update it once, and every Path that uses it is current the moment you publish. And because Steps are versioned, improving one never corrupts the past: every learner's record stays tied to the version they actually saw.
- The safety module that lives in nine programs — as one Step, not nine copies.
- The typo you fix once, everywhere, in one edit.
- The intro unit from your first course, still earning its keep in your fifth.
- The improved version that ships to the next cohort — while last cohort's records stay intact and honest.
Every Step you build makes the next Path faster to assemble. Most tools treat your content as inventory that ages. Here it's an asset that compounds.
Any kind of learning moment
A Step can be anything.
Picture a lesson. You're seeing a page, aren't you — some text, a video, a quiz at the end. That's not a failure of imagination. It's what a decade of lesson-page tools trained everyone to expect.
A Step is the smallest useful unit of learning in Flueed — and it isn't a page format. It's a container for a learning moment. The system doesn't care what happens inside a Step; it cares what the learner does there: started, attempted, answered, completed.
Today, a Step can be rich content, a question, a quiz — or an entire journey nested inside another. But the part that matters is that Step types are open by design. This is where they're going:
- A tiny game that teaches one concept better than any page could.
- A code playground between lessons — you read it, now write it.
- A QR code on the actual machine — scan it to prove you stood in front of the real thing.
- An audio Step for the commute, the walk, the run.
- An in-person session, recorded and submitted — the workshop happened, and there's evidence.
- A week of training, tracked as learning. Because it is.
None of those fit inside a "lesson." All of them fit inside a Step — and every one of them reports back. A scanned QR code is evidence the same way a passed quiz is. When the unit can be anything, learning stops being something that only happens on a screen.
Any shape of learning
Structure that bends — without rebuilding.
Every tool hands you the same boxes: course, module, lesson. Not because learning is shaped like that — because the database was. So you've been designing learning to fit the container, and you've done it so long it feels normal.
Paths are built on a graph, not a hierarchy. That's a technical fact with a practical consequence: structure is whatever the learning needs, and changing the structure never means rebuilding the content.
Start linear — most learning should. Then branch it, nest it, gate it, open it up, when you're ready. The Steps don't change. The shape does.
- A simple sequence for week one. A branch by role from week two — same Steps, two routes.
- A program of programs: Paths nested inside Paths, progress rolling up cleanly.
- A gate: pass the check, and the advanced track unlocks.
- One library, two structures: a strict certification order for compliance, an open explore-anything layout for the curious — the same content behind both.
And once structure can be any shape, a better question appears: why should every learner get the same one?
Adaptive, on evidence
Learning that adapts to the person in it.
The same course for the expert and the beginner. The same pace for the struggling and the bored. Every learning tool you've used made this compromise — because until recently, adapting to each learner was too expensive to build. That constraint is gone.
AI made adaptation possible. But adaptation without evidence is just guessing with extra steps — to adapt, a system has to know things: what this learner already got right, where they hesitated, where the last thousand people stalled.
That's exactly what Flueed records. Every action, per learner, per version, per context. The flexible Path structure and the behavioral record are shipped and running today — they are the rails adaptive learning needs. This is where they lead:
- A pre-check that respects your time: route past what you already know, straight to what you don't.
- A detour, not a dead end: the learner who fails the check gets a remedial branch; the one who aces it skips ahead.
- Collective intelligence: the Path notices where a third of learners stall — and the next cohort finds the fix already in place.
- On the fly: learning that reshapes itself around what this learner just did, while they're doing it.
AI can write a course in minutes. It can't tell you whether anyone learned — so it can't adapt to whether they did. A system that measures from the same place it delivers can.
Delivery without borders
Learning goes to your people — not the other way around.
The old deal: build the learning, then make everyone come to it. New logins, another portal, one more tab nobody opens twice. Attendance by nagging.
Flueed delivers through one runtime — the Player — that goes wherever your audience already is. Same content, same rules, same progress, every surface. A learner who starts in one place picks up exactly where they left off in another.
And people don't need accounts to be counted. Visitors are tracked properly as guests, progress and all — so a link shared cold still produces real learning and real evidence.
- Your site — learning as part of your brand and product, not a separate destination.
- A share link — drop a learning experience into a newsletter, a Slack message, a QR code at the venue.
- An embed — learning inside your help center, intranet, or product pages.
- Your own app or systems — everything the Player renders is available through a clean API, so custom surfaces deliver the same learning without re-implementing any of its rules.
One runtime everywhere means nothing is re-implemented — so nothing drifts. The progress bar on your site and the one in your app are reading the same truth.
Part of your stack
We do learning. Your stack does the rest.
"All-in-one" has a quiet second meaning: all locked in. Their checkout, taking its cut. Their email, holding your list. Mediocre versions of five tools, bundled so you can't leave any of them.
Flueed takes the opposite bet: be excellent at learning, and connect to the best of everything else. Sell through the commerce tools you choose — Flueed doesn't tax your revenue or force its cart on your customers. Your CRM stays your CRM. Your email tool sends the messages.
And because every part of Flueed is built API-first, the connection runs both ways: your systems can drive the learning, not just observe it. That's the design today, and the integration surface it's built to grow.
- Your checkout sells the course. You keep the customer, the data, and the revenue.
- Your email and CRM run the relationship — enrollment and completion flow to the tools that already own your audience.
- Your systems decide who learns what — HR software assigning onboarding, your app unlocking the next module. (Where the API surface is headed.)
- Your reporting stack gets real data — learning records exported and combined with the numbers you already live in.
A tool that replaces your whole stack owns you. A system that plugs into it works for you.
Behavioral evidence
Evidence, not vibes.
Your current number is a completion rate. "87%." It can't tell you what confused people, where they gave up, what they skipped, or whether the version you fixed last month did better than the one before. It's a number that ends conversations instead of starting them.
Flueed records every meaningful learner action as it happens — viewed, started, attempted, answered, completed — tied to the learner, the exact version of the content they saw, and the context they saw it in. Not a checkbox at the end: a behavioral record you can trust.
The record starts accumulating from your very first learner. Today it powers clear progress and completion reporting, with exports; deeper analytics are on the roadmap — and they'll open onto data you've been collecting all along, not data you have to start gathering.
- Where they stopped — the exact Step where a third of learners stall.
- What they did — replayed, revisited, skipped, answered on the second attempt.
- Which version — so last month's fix and this month's cohort are comparable, honestly.
- Everyone counted — logged-in learners and anonymous visitors alike.
- Yours to take — export it, combine it with your own data, act on it anywhere.
This record is the floor everything else stands on: the improvement loop, the reporting, and the adaptive learning above. Systems that don't collect it can't do any of that — and can't retrofit it later.
Built for finishing
Learning people actually finish.
Nobody abandons a course because they stopped wanting the outcome. They abandon it because it's ninety minutes long, lives behind a login they forgot, and loads like it resents them. Completion isn't a discipline problem. It's a product problem.
Flueed's learner experience is built around one goal: finishing. Units are short and focused, so real life fits around them. Progress is always visible — where you are, what's done, what's next. Every interaction is instant: actions happen in place, no page reloads, no portal churn. And learners can leave mid-Step and resume exactly there — tomorrow, on a different device.
It all happens inside your look and your pages. Learners never feel handed off to third-party software, because they aren't.
- Start on the laptop, finish on the phone — the Player remembers the exact spot.
- A unit finished on the train — short enough to complete in the gaps life actually has.
- A link, and they're learning — no account-creation wall between curiosity and starting.
- A progress bar that tells the truth — completed things stay completed, next steps are always clear.
And when people finish, you know — it's in the evidence. Finishing isn't a vanity metric here; it's the loop working.
Yours, provably
Own what you build. All of it.
You know the stories. The platform that raised prices because it could. The account that got flagged, taking a decade of content with it. The "export" that produced a zip file of nothing usable. Building on someone else's platform means their rules can become your problem overnight.
With Flueed, the things that matter are yours: your content, your brand, your audience, your learners' data. Not "yours" as a promise in a pricing table — yours as in inspectable, exportable, and portable.
It's built on open web infrastructure — the same open foundation that runs nearly half the web — so your content lives in an open, inspectable form, never hostage to a proprietary format. Leaving intact is a feature, not a negotiation.
- Your brand, your pages — the learning wears your look; Flueed disappears behind it.
- Your audience — the relationship and the list belong to you, not to an algorithm.
- Your learning data — every record exportable, combinable with your own systems.
- No proprietary format — content stored in open structures you can read, move, and keep.
Ownership here isn't a plan feature — it's an architecture decision. And it's designed to deepen as you grow.
Grows with you
Start small. Never migrate again.
Every tool you've chosen came with an invisible expiration date — the day you outgrow it. Then comes the ritual: export what you can, rebuild what you can't, lose the momentum, lose some history, start over slightly bruised. You've done it before. You're bracing to do it again.
Flueed is built as a ladder, not a box. Start on Flueed's shared space — nothing to install, nothing to host; create and share a real learning product the same day. Grow into a site that's genuinely yours: your domain, your design, your structure. Scale, eventually, to a dedicated setup where learning is one part of something bigger, operated and evolved for you.
Same system on every rung. Your content, your learners, and your history come with you — because they never left.
- Day one: sign up, build, publish, share. A real product before dinner.
- The branded rung: not a template with your logo — a site you shape until it looks and works like nothing else.
- The dedicated rung: learning inside your bigger product, run and grown for you.
- Every history intact: the learner records and content library you built on rung one are still compounding on rung three.
The longer you stay, the more the system knows — your library, your learners, your evidence, all compounding in one place. Migration doesn't just cost momentum; it resets everything a learning system should be accumulating. Here, nothing resets.
AI in its place
AI-assisted. Human-approved.
You're being offered two bad futures: keep writing everything yourself while the blank page wins, or let a generator publish plausible-sounding filler with your name on it. Both are wrong, and you know it — that's why the AI-tool tabs are open but nothing's been bought.
Flueed's answer: bring what you already have — documents, decks, recordings, posts — and assisted authoring drafts structured learning from it: outlines, Steps, questions. In minutes, the blank page is dead and you're editing instead of staring.
Two design rules we won't break. AI output is always a draft of something you own and edit — never a black box. And every workflow works fully without AI, because a system that only functions with AI is a demo.
- From a pile of source material to a structured draft — outline, units, and questions to react to, not a blank editor.
- Questions drafted from your content — grounded in what you actually teach.
- Nothing publishes itself — every suggestion waits for your judgment; nothing reaches a learner without you.
- Turn it all off — and every feature on this page still works.
Anyone can generate a course now. The difference is what happens after: a generator goes dark at publish, while a system that measures keeps telling you what worked — and gives you, and the AI, something real to improve from. AI in a silo makes content. AI inside a loop makes it better.
People included
A partner, not just a product.
You know the standard deal: a login, a knowledge base, a chatbot, and good luck. Modern software ships alone — whatever you can't figure out becomes your job or your contractor's.
Flueed comes with the people who build it. Migration is done with you — bring your source material, and we help restructure it into something better than what it was. Support goes past fixing problems into guiding how to grow and extend. Customization comes from the same team that builds the system. And when you're ready for the next rung of the ladder, the climb is handled with you.
Not unlimited service — partnership. You build the learning business; we make sure the system never becomes the reason you stall.
- Concierge migration — your existing material, moved and restructured with you, not dumped into an importer.
- Answers from builders — support from people who made the thing, not a script.
- Customization from the source — extensions built by the team that owns the architecture.
- The next rung, handled — growing up the ladder is a conversation, not a project you manage alone.
Early access works the same way: founding members don't just get a login early — they get the people, first. That's the deal on the other side of the button below.
Thirteen reasons. One system.
Founding members get in first, get founding pricing, shape the roadmap — and get the people behind all of the above from day one.
