How it works
One loop. Four moving parts.
Everything in Flueed is built from four ideas that work together: Steps you build once, Paths that compose them, a Player that delivers them anywhere, and Activity that records what learners actually do. Here’s the whole system, honestly explained.
The vocabulary
Four ideas — Steps, Paths, the Player, and Activity — connected in one loop.
That’s the whole system, and it’s enough to change how learning gets built.
Step
The smallest useful unit of learning.
A focused piece of learning — a concept, a demonstration, a practice moment — built in a clean editor. Build it once, use it in every experience that needs it. Steps are versioned, so improving one never corrupts the history of people who learned from it.
Path
A complete learning experience, composed of Steps.
Arrange Steps into the journey you want: a simple sequence today, nested programs and branching routes when you need them. The same Step can live in many Paths — each Path knows its own context.
Player
The runtime that delivers everything.
One consistent learning experience wherever it appears: your site, a share link, an embed, an app. Progress shown, position remembered, actions instant — no page reloads, no portal feeling.
Activity
The record of what learners actually do.
Every meaningful action — viewed, started, completed, attempted — recorded as it happens, tied to the learner, the version, and the context. Not a completion checkbox: a behavioral record you can trust and act on.

Say you run onboarding, and there’s one thing everyone must get right: handling pricing objections.

Create
You build “Handling pricing objections” as a Step — a short, focused unit with an example call and a practice prompt.

Organize
It goes into two Paths: Sales Onboarding (week one, mandatory) and Customer Success Refresher (quarterly, optional). One Step, two contexts — no copies.

Deliver
Onboarding runs on your site; the refresher is embedded in the team wiki. Same Step, same Player, both places. A new hire starts on their laptop and finishes on their phone — the Player remembers where they were.

Track
Activity shows something useful: most people replay the example call, and a third stop right before the practice prompt.

Improve
You tighten the prompt and add a shorter example. You edit the Step once. Both Paths are current the moment you publish. The next cohort does better — and you can see that too.
That’s the loop. No exports, no stale copies, no guessing.

Wherever your learners already are, the Player goes.

Learners don’t need accounts to be counted — visitors are tracked properly as guests, and their progress works the same way.
AI, in its place
AI-assisted, human-approved.
Bring your source material — documents, decks, recordings, posts — and Flueed’s assisted authoring drafts structured learning from it: outlines, Steps, questions. You review, edit, and publish. Nothing reaches a learner without a human deciding it should.

Your content, your learners’ data, your brand. Everything Flueed stores is inspectable and exportable — it’s built on open web infrastructure (the same open foundation that runs a huge share of the web), not a proprietary silo.
The learning wears your look, on your pages; Flueed disappears behind it. And as you grow, you move up ownership tiers — to your own fully branded space — without migrating a thing.
Honest scope
What Flueed doesn’t do
- We don’t do your checkout. Sell through the commerce tools you choose — Flueed doesn’t tax your revenue or force its cart on your customers.
- We don’t fight your website. Your theme, your builder, your design system — the Player inherits your look instead of imposing ours.
- We’re not a compliance archive. If your primary need is audit-grade compliance records for a regulated workforce, a traditional LMS still earns its keep today. That’s on our roadmap, not in our pitch.
